Customer Service!

Seriously, Malaysia has the worst customer service ever on the planet.. This is probably because most of the employees in the customer service line prolly do not have a proper degree teaching them how to serve their customers. When in the customer service line, the customer is always right. The customer is never wrong!! Learn that… You idiotic bunch of ppl!!

Went to college in the morning had another meeting with Dr. Foo which went well, managed to get my confirmation on the 3 subjects that I am enrolled in and also managed to confirm the resit paper that I am taking.. I am happy.. Then I head downstairs to the Finance Department to pay off the resit paper and also to get a print out of how much I should pay for my fees…

I asked if college owes me money I wanna use that money to pay the re-sit paper, why am I not able to do it. They OWE me the money isn’t it up to me as to how I wanna use the money?! Then comes this stupid Chinese Finance Lady BY the name of FOO M** L***! WTF is her problem.. She is not involved in serving me.. so F OFF!! Dun stick your head in where u don’t know wat the hell is going on. She dare to shout at me saying that ohh all ur subjects this semester is repeat ma so you gotta pay.. Im like open your small Chinese eyes and see that one subject is repeat and not all.. Then she throws it at me with the whole You are suppose to pay your fees on the 22^nd of March.. That’s when the semester starts.. WTF is your problem woman.. First of all its not my blardy fault that the uni takes superbly long to issue the enrolment notification so that students can find out how much they have to pay.. Second of all, its not my blardy fault that only after the results are out we are able to decide what subjects we should add or drop. It’s a stupid policy to say that students have to pay on the first day of college.. I think you should check your system. And one more thing, stop blaming the stupid School Of Business and Law cuz I think the school is perfectly fine.. Its your attitude that needs changing.. You do not shout at a student just because you are working.. We, who are the students are your customers.. We are the ones paying the fees so that there is money to pay your stupid blardy salary.. If you are not the boss don’t claim that you are the boss.. You make me laugh when your other colleagues have to apologize for you when you claim you are the boss.. STUPID IDIOT!

After that incident I went to Public Bank to open my bank account.. Sighzz.. Another idiot.. But at least not so bad, I asked him if the Man U card is a credit card he said yes. Then when I ask if it has a debit card, he says no.. Then when I saw the form he says yes but it takes 2 – 3 weeks to process… SIghzz… Nevermind.. I will just take what is given…..

Next went to the waterfalls with bi, Tj and Ramesh in Ulu Yam again to collect some air pusing or something like that.. Ramesh drove there.. and Tj was entertaining the car with his funny stories.. Next we went to climb to take the air pusing.. I found it easier to climb compared to the first time I went there.. hehehe.. I am such a pro now.. Anyways, as we were walking out, bi saw a leech on Rameshs leg!! EEEEKKKKKKKKK I moved as far away as possible from it! THANK GOD I didn’t have one on me.. There goes my I think it’s safe to swim ere in this waterfalls. I am not gonna go swim there anymore!! Ahahaa..

Then we went to Low yat.. Yet another long story with some stupid staff at the counter.. I swear you need to train your staff if you think ur staff is inefficient!! Pls do something about it.. Don’t just say oh, sorry I know that he has an attitude problem.. sighzzz….

Anyways, night I went to Envie with Grace.. It was a last min thing cuz class was canceled.. Chilled there til 2.30 am then chowed.. Sent Grace back to Subang and then came back to pick bi and then headed home!

Anyways, gonna go off now to start a new day!!

WORST DAY EVER~!

I can’t believe I woke up at 7am for my class at 8.30am.. I actually managed to wake up on time to attend the class.. Well, one of the reason’s is cause bi gave me the motivation by saying that he will send me to class.. =) *Thanks Bi!*

Went for breakfast with bi and was half an hour late for class… But when I walked into class, there was only 2 of my classmates in class!! =S wtf.. So I sat down and listen to the lecturer drone on about tax tax and more tax.. -.- about half an hour later, one more classmate walked in.. he was an hour late for class!! Wtf.. hahahaha I should have just been late for class for an hour…….

Anyways, after class, I rushed to the library to borrow the text book required for this subject, so that I would not have to buy the textbook, cuz apparently we needed 2 textbooks for this subject. Wtf rite, sighzz… we were suppose to have one of the textbook last time but then we didn’t bother buying.. lolx..

After that I rushed to the office to collect my revised, enrolment notification.. Thank God, I didn’t go back to college the day before to collect it cuz it wasn’t even ready when I went today. I had to run down to the registry office to collect the stupid enrolment notification. And I was told the previous day that the re-sit examination fee would be included in the enrolment notification but apparently its not. When I asked the woman at the registry office they made me wait another 15 mins just to tell me that I have to collect a separate slip for that.. wtf rite? I was so super pissed.. Not only that, they told me to go back up to the SBL office to collect the re-sit slip.. I told them that I would go back tomorrow to collect it.. I am so super angry.. Stupid inefficient ppl working in the stupid college!!

Anyways, after that, bi came and picked me up from college.. We went home and he actually asked me if I wanted to watch a movie.. I was surprised cuz he hasn’t slept the whole night, I would have thought that he would have wanted to take a short nap.. Anyhow, we watched the lovely bones.. or more like I watched the whole movie and bi fell asleep half way through the movie.. But I didn’t bother to wake him up.. ps: the movie was crap.. in the end, wtf she went back just to kiss that super ugly dude and not to tell him where to find her body! =.= *LAME*

After the movie, bi went upstairs to sleep, I was on his laptop playing all kinds of stupid FB games.. lol.. hahaha.. But anyways, I know he was tired.. so I just let him sleep while I played.. after a while, I had to let his friend use the laptop so I went to sleep next to him too.. ard 3 something I woke up, tried to wake bi up but then he wouldn’t wake up.. he said he was tired.. I got a bit frustrated cuz I was bored and couldn’t sleep anymore.. But I can’t blame him too.. sighz.. and I was hungry!!

Anyways, I left to go home cuz there was nothing for me to do there.. so I drove home.. slept til dinner time when my mum woke me up.. went downstairs to watch tv with her for a while.. and chit chat about my sister’s experience.. hehehe.. all the funny stories.. lol..

Anyways, at the dinner table I fought with my dad.. about the stupid income tax form! Excuse me, but I am not the one that did not bother to fill up the form, I already asked my mum, and as discussed with her she said when she is free she will lemme know and we will do it together.. thank god my mum was there and she said that I already asked her but still my dad continued to shout.. I said that I already asked.. and he said that you have to learn even 12 year old kid also know how to submit.. I just rolled my eyes and my mum said u think its so easy arr.. then u go do for her la.. and that shut my dad up..

After that, the arguments continued.. I told my mum I wanna open a new bank account.. so I went and asked her which one is better and mum said public bank.. then dad was again there screaming saying why don’t u use ur maybank account! And I said no I dun wan.. but I already explained to my mum why.. so after that I just ignored my dad.. and then he said confirm u don’t have anymore money.. and I said I still have.. I haven’t spent a single sen of my angpau money!! And he said I don’t believe.. show me la.. I took the money out and showed it to him with no qualms..!! *When I am right, I am not afraid to show it!*

Anyways, now I am in my room blogging about this stupid day! I am so frustrated and annoyed! Plus I am having gastric due to not eating lunch.. ughhh….

So now I am off to bed!! Yes early night! Good night world!

What’s Becoming Of Me?!

I feel like half of me has changed..

I used to hate cheating lying bastards… But what am I doing now? The cover ups, the smiling and ‘I don’t know’, the fake laughter’s… Sighzz…

Its becoming harder and harder.. I hope I can continue to be strong..

Anyways, Sister came back! Yeappieee!! Came back on Monday night.. But she called me to say she lost her luggage… *Screamssss, I want my pressie!!!* Lol.. hahaha.. But anyways, when she got home, she told me, sis I only have a few stuff for u in the bag.. Most of it still in the boxes.. Which is gonna arrive in April! WTFFFF!!!! Hahaha… I have to wait super duper freaking fucking crazy shit ass long for my pressies to come back! Hahahaha..

Anyways, on Tuesday, I went and finally managed to watch Alice in Wonderland 3D with Bi! I still dun understand the diff between 3D and non 3D.. I dun reli see the difference.. I think that 3D is just a waste of extra money so that u can wear those dorky glasses while watching the movie!!.. After the movie, I came home… I was suppose to sleep cuz I was suppose to wake up at 8am to go see bi!.. But then as usual something came up.. Bi, went out to go yumcha at 4am in the morning.. saying he had some things to settle.. I got angry as usual.. thinking if its business and important, why do it at an ungodly hour? Why can’t it wait til an appropriate timing? If its so important, u will learn how to prioritize.. Sighzz.. anyways, after a while, my sister woke up! Yippeeee….. hehehehe.. We had girlie chat and even went to the mamak together and I helped her unpack and pack again.. There goes my sleeping time.. Lol.. But I gotta say I miss all that, its been ages since I actually spent quality time with my sister.. But guess what she left already now.. At least shes closer to home then before.. Shes now in Penang ppl.. Yeay! That means more nice biscuits for me!! *Oh wait! I’m suppose to be on a diet!*

Once I said bye to sis and parents, I headed to Sunway to go see doctor… But before that I was suppose to pick Bi.. Went to the hse and Satish’s mum said that Bi was still sleeping.. so I decided to go to see the doctor first and let bi sleep a little longer.. Cuz I know that he only slept at 6 am the day before and he will need his strength as he would have to work tonite.. sighzz.. so after my seeing my doctor, I went over to pick him up.. he got up and then we went out to eat.. cuz I had to take my meds… Ohh btw, this is all on Wednesday.. hahaha..

It was Satish’s Birthday! Me and Bi went to KLCC to buy him a cake.. and I bought him a t-shirt.. as a pressie.. Sighz.. Sorry Satish.. Nothing reli special.. It was kinda last minute..
