Customer Service!
Seriously, Malaysia has the worst customer service ever on the planet.. This is probably because most of the employees in the customer service line prolly do not have a proper degree teaching them how to serve their customers. When in the customer service line, the customer is always right. The customer is never wrong!! Learn that… You idiotic bunch of ppl!!
Went to college in the morning had another meeting with Dr. Foo which went well, managed to get my confirmation on the 3 subjects that I am enrolled in and also managed to confirm the resit paper that I am taking.. I am happy.. Then I head downstairs to the Finance Department to pay off the resit paper and also to get a print out of how much I should pay for my fees…
I asked if college owes me money I wanna use that money to pay the re-sit paper, why am I not able to do it. They OWE me the money isn’t it up to me as to how I wanna use the money?! Then comes this stupid Chinese Finance Lady BY the name of FOO M** L***! WTF is her problem.. She is not involved in serving me.. so F OFF!! Dun stick your head in where u don’t know wat the hell is going on. She dare to shout at me saying that ohh all ur subjects this semester is repeat ma so you gotta pay.. Im like open your small Chinese eyes and see that one subject is repeat and not all.. Then she throws it at me with the whole You are suppose to pay your fees on the 22nd of March.. That’s when the semester starts.. WTF is your problem woman.. First of all its not my blardy fault that the uni takes superbly long to issue the enrolment notification so that students can find out how much they have to pay.. Second of all, its not my blardy fault that only after the results are out we are able to decide what subjects we should add or drop. It’s a stupid policy to say that students have to pay on the first day of college.. I think you should check your system. And one more thing, stop blaming the stupid School Of Business and Law cuz I think the school is perfectly fine.. Its your attitude that needs changing.. You do not shout at a student just because you are working.. We, who are the students are your customers.. We are the ones paying the fees so that there is money to pay your stupid blardy salary.. If you are not the boss don’t claim that you are the boss.. You make me laugh when your other colleagues have to apologize for you when you claim you are the boss.. STUPID IDIOT!
After that incident I went to Public Bank to open my bank account.. Sighzz.. Another idiot.. But at least not so bad, I asked him if the Man U card is a credit card he said yes. Then when I ask if it has a debit card, he says no.. Then when I saw the form he says yes but it takes 2 – 3 weeks to process… SIghzz… Nevermind.. I will just take what is given…..
Next went to the waterfalls with bi, Tj and Ramesh in Ulu Yam again to collect some air pusing or something like that.. Ramesh drove there.. and Tj was entertaining the car with his funny stories.. Next we went to climb to take the air pusing.. I found it easier to climb compared to the first time I went there.. hehehe.. I am such a pro now.. Anyways, as we were walking out, bi saw a leech on Rameshs leg!! EEEEKKKKKKKKK I moved as far away as possible from it! THANK GOD I didn’t have one on me.. There goes my I think it’s safe to swim ere in this waterfalls. I am not gonna go swim there anymore!! Ahahaa..
Then we went to Low yat.. Yet another long story with some stupid staff at the counter.. I swear you need to train your staff if you think ur staff is inefficient!! Pls do something about it.. Don’t just say oh, sorry I know that he has an attitude problem.. sighzzz….
Anyways, night I went to Envie with Grace.. It was a last min thing cuz class was canceled.. Chilled there til 2.30 am then chowed.. Sent Grace back to Subang and then came back to pick bi and then headed home!
Anyways, gonna go off now to start a new day!!
